We want you to love your Morning Shed routine! If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Quick Summary:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 100% Free Replacement. Just email us a photo at
maxinuaofficial@gmail.com. - Cancellations: You have 12 hours after ordering to cancel before our warehouse processes your batch.
- Hygienic Safety: For your protection, opened cosmetics and masks are final sale.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Arrival Guarantee: If your order doesn't arrive due to a verified transit error, we will reimburse you in full or send a fresh replacement.
- Tracking: All orders include tracking. If your item hasn't moved in 35 days, contact our support team immediately so we can investigate.
The Fine Print:
- Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items lost in transit are eligible for a full refund or replacement after 75 days.
