At Maxinua, we want you to experience the ultimate "Morning Shed" glow. Because our products are skincare-based, we maintain strict hygienic standards to ensure every customer receives a fresh, untampered batch.

Cancellations

We pride ourselves on prompt service! You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, your order has likely been processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Mistakes are rare, but we’ve got you covered! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item.
  2. Email us at maxinuaofficial@gmail.com with your order number.
  3. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

  • Hygienic Final Sale: For safety reasons, all cosmetics and masks are final sale once delivered.
  • Eligible Returns: For non-cosmetic items, products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to incorrect addresses are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
